This company is contracted with my condo association and has been for years now. How they have been able to retain this contract is beyond me. I have yet to talk to one of my neighbors that has had a positive experience with them. They take their sweet old time to fix anything. When they do decide to work, they leave their garbage all around instead of cleaning up after themselves at the end of the day. Most of the residents here are senior citizens so I guess that's why they think they can get away with it. All I know is I'm going to keep complaining until they get rid of them! Times are tough. There have to be other companies out there that would be happy to have the contract and do the work too!
